Futuro con “going to”
Objetivo:
Establecer
el uso gramatical correcto del futuro con “going to” dentro de las oraciones,
teniendo en cuenta decisiones, intenciones o planes que se llevarán a cabo con
certeza.
“going
to”
•Esta forma
se utiliza cuando hay gran certeza de que las cosas ocurrirán.
«going to»
equivale a voy a, vamos a
•No se hace referencia al verbo ir, de
desplazarse, sino a la firme intención de hacer algo.
Ejemplo:
Yo voy a
comprar un carro nuevo.
(hay una
intención grande de comprar un carro y además es casi seguro que ocurra muy
pronto)
Nosotros
vamos a aprender inglés.
( Es algo
seguro)

La diferencia entre este tiempo verbal y el
futuro simple con will es que en este caso no se pregunta si hay
probabilidad de que pasen o no las acciones sino que se pide certeza en la
respuesta.
- ¿Ella va a venir mañana? / Is she going to come tomorrow?
Respuestas largas: Yes,
she is going to come tomorrow.
No,
she is not going to come tomorrow.
Respuestas cortas: Yes,
she is.
No, she is not. / She isn’t.
- Are you going to do the

Long answers: Yes, I’m going to do the English
homework this weekend.
